Austin Verdi
Growing up in Medina County Ohio, a graduate of the Medina Career Center, Austin began his career at fifteen. While going to school to be a Fireman he joined his uncles construction company where he slowly fell in love with learning the trades. Austin went on to sharpen his skills in the rehab business. During this section of his career he learned the ins and outs of home remodeling. Austin is a skilled carpenter and proven leader in the home remodeling and painting industry. His experience provides the foundation for his confident leadership and ensures that Profect Painters delivers exceptional results. Austin’s expertise in residential and commercial painting, coupled with his skills as a carpenter and craftsman, guarantees that every project is completed to the highest standards. As an entrepreneur, Production Manager, and Job Site Supervisor, Austin's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in achieving Profect Painters' goal of becoming the premier painting company in central Ohio. His commitment to doing the job right the first time will alleviate the stress and anxiety often associated with home improvement projects, providing our customers with peace of mind.

Greg Tracy
A state-certified home inspector (Certification #16818), brings a comprehensive understanding of residential and commercial structures to Profect Painters. His extensive experience in both residential and commercial painting is complemented by over ten years of leadership and management experience in large-box retail and the home improvement industries. Greg’s background as an entrepreneur, General Manager, Sales Manager, Production Manager, Insurance Claims Manager/Negotiator, and Client Advocate for homeowners insurance claims provides him with a unique perspective. This experience, particularly his expertise in navigating home inspections and insurance claims, will be invaluable in assisting our clients and ensuring a smooth and stress-free painting process. Greg’s customer-first philosophy will be the driving force behind Profect Painters' sales and customer support, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.
Kayla Leon
Kayla is a highly experienced Crew Supervisor with Profect Painters, and she brings a wealth of expertise to every job. Her track record includes some truly impressive projects, from large-scale commercial work like the Lorain, Ohio Lighthouse and the Holiday Inn in Destin, Florida, to numerous retail store remodels for well-known names like Kroger and Rite Aid. She's also completed dozens of residential repaints, both inside and out, so she's well-versed in making homes look their absolute best.
Kayla is genuinely excited about the opportunity to use her skills and eye for detail to brighten up your home.
On a more personal note, here's an interesting tidbit about Kayla: before her career in painting, she served as a corrections officer right here in Ohio. In fact, she was assigned to Death Row, where she was responsible for guarding some of the state's most dangerous inmates. It's safe to say she's not easily intimidated and brings a level of dedication and focus to her work that is truly remarkable.
